Help the Forrester Gallery Reach New Heights

In 1965 John Megget Forrester died aged 99. His generous bequest allowed the establishment of the Forrester Gallery. 60 years from his death we are expanding on his vision and extending the Gallery building. You can sponsor one or more of the 2,122 Oamaru stone blocks covering the new building and become a permanent part of the Gallery’s story. Donate $99 to the Friends of the Forrester Gallery for each block you wish to sponsor.

As a sponsor you will receive a certificate recognising which block or blocks you have sponsored. Your name will also be listed on a board acknowledging sponsors in the building.

To secure your block please email friendsoftheforrester@gmail.com with your choice of block and the name you wish to appear on the certificate and acknowledgement board. The Friends will provide you with the bank account details for payment.
