Usual opening times: Tuesday to Friday from 1.00pm - 4.00pm. Archive reference material is available weekends and public holidays 10.00am to 12.30pm. Closed Mondays.

The Archive is also open for enquiries the first weekend of each month. Archive staff will be available Saturday and Sunday 10am to 12:30pm in the Archive enquiry area on the ground floor of the Waitaki Museum. 

We recommend that you contact us beforehand if you have a detailed research project to ensure the best possible service and access.
