The Archive houses a fantastic collection of historical and soon-to-be historical newspapers. This comprehensive collection covers North Otago's day-to-day history from the 1870s to the present.

Waitaki District Council Archives

We are the Archives of the Waitaki District Council and earlier local authorities in North Otago. Councils amalgamated in 1989 to form the Waitaki District Council.
